Translated from Italian:

First work by guitarist Omar Ghaznavi, New Axial Age, is a work that owes a lot to the influence of The Mars Volta, but detaches itself from it following its own personal aesthetic poetic, majestic and elegiac, built on post punk, fusion and prog layers, in whose plots you can find various moods ranging from anger, anxiety and the raw intensity of feelings. All this borrowed from a democratic subdivision of the parts played by the various musicians, as each one is essential in forging the characteristic aspect of the sound ensemble from cosmic decadence. In fact, despite his instrument, Ghaznavi never places the guitar in the foreground as the main guide in the songs, but prefers to leave room for the whole ensemble, in order to consolidate an imposing and solid sonic building that can impact with our senses.
